Order Processing and Shipping

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched for delivery. We ship directly from our Québec City, Canada warehouse to destinations across Canada and the USA.

Orders over $180 CAD / $150 USD (before taxes) qualify for free shipping. All other orders are calculated based on Canada Post or carrier rates provided at checkout.

Oversized and/or overweight (greater than 40lbs) may incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be added automatically at checkout.

Free shipping is not available in NFLD, YK, NWT, or NU.

Additional shipping charges apply if you are a resident from a remote location of Canada or the USA. In that case, one of our sales representatives will contact you to give you the shipping cost. We reserve the right to, with consent, apply shipping charges as we see fit.

Issues with Shipment or Products

If there is any issue with your shipment or the product upon arrival, please contact us at contact@olivarts.com within 5 business days of delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item. In that case, please email us pictures of the item, packaging, and box at contact@olivarts.com.

Coverage of Delivery Fees

Olivarts will cover delivery fees for products that are delivered damaged, defective, or with errors.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the package is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

Responsibility for Shipping Address

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or packages sent to incorrect addresses.
